Estimate form. The form collects your name, email, shop address and your answers. We use them only to prepare a quote and contact you (steps before a contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). We keep them for 12 months after the last contact; if a contract follows, as long as accounting rules require. The data goes to our mailbox and hosting (Zone Media OÜ, Estonia). We do not sell or share it with anyone else.

Visit statistics. We use PostHog (EU servers, Frankfurt): page views, clicks, scrolling and session recordings with form fields masked and IP addresses anonymised. No cookies are stored and visitors are not identified. Basis: legitimate interest in improving the site.

Advertising. If you arrived from a Google Ads click, we send Google an anonymous signal that a request was submitted. No cookies are stored.

Your rights. You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to processing: henri@parkja.com. Complaints go to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
